- For your convenience, we recommend a scheduled appointment.
- Walk-ins are accepted - We understand schedules do not always allow for proper planning and when something unexpected arises or an emergency occurs, we'll be right here to try to expedite a visit with one of our staff or doctors.
- At the time you schedule your appointment, our staff will ask for some important information to either update your file or establish you as a new patient:
- Address, phone numbers, and date of birth
- Social Security Number if filing or processing insurance
- Insurance Company and Member ID Number
- We accept many Insurance Plans and will have authorization of your benefits available when possible. Therefore it is important to share all insurance information and bring your cards at the time of your visit. It is our goal to assist you in receiving the most from your vision plans.
- Expectations:
- We strive to run our practice on schedule. Our Doctors and staff will provide every patient with individualized care and attention to meet their specific needs.
- Please allow for approximately:
- 45 Minutes for an eye exam visit
- 1 Hour for an eye exam with contact lens fitting visit
- 1 Hour 30 Minutes for an eye exam with eyeglass selection visit
